Spark Models is a French brand that produces high-quality resin scale model cars. It is founded by the Frenchman Hugo Ripert, who is a car and model enthusiast and who's father Andre was in the modeling business before him.

The Spark team visits 24 Hours Of Le Mans every year to take photo's of the cars, later to go back and produced them into models. Spark models are essentially serially produced hand built kits. They are mostly produced in quite small production runs of hundreds, rather than thousands of piece.

Spark is a French brand and makes its models in  Macau and Madagascar. Their brands are Bizarre and MileziM.
Although the brand is French, production takes place in Mainland China, Macau, and Madagascar.
They are best known for their attention to detail, sharp panel lines, and accurate color reproduction. Resin allows them to achieve a finer finish than many traditional diecast models.

Material & Construction

  • Made from resin rather than metal (diecast).

  • Models are sealed — doors, hoods, and trunks do not open.

  • Resin allows sharper edges, finer panel lines, and more precise detailing than many cast-metal models.

Scales & Range

  • Popular scales: 1:43 and 1:18.

  • Also produces 1:64 models (branded as “Sparky”) and even 1:5 scale helmets.

  • Focus: racing cars (Le Mans, Formula 1, rally, endurance, GT), plus some road cars and accessories.

Production & Editions

  • Produced in small runs, which means they can release niche or highly specialized models that other brands might ignore.
