SEAT diecast models are primarily made in Spain, specifically at SEAT's production centers in Martorell, El Prat de Llobregat, and Barcelona. Additionally, some diecast models, like the MIRA SEAT 1200 SPORT, are explicitly labeled as "Made In Spain".

When scale models are sold directly through official SEAT dealerships in the brand's proprietary corporate packaging—commonly known as Dealer Editions—they are commissioned by SEAT but manufactured by external miniature specialists.

The primary model makers responsible for producing these official, SEAT-branded miniatures are Minichamps (Paul's Model Art), Paragon Models, Ixo Models and Herpa.

SEAT does not own a die-cast factory. Instead, when a new car is designed (for example, the Cupra Formentor or SEAT Leon Mk4), the car design team sends the original 3D CAD data of the actual vehicle to selected model manufacturers. The models are packed in SEAT Genuine Accessories boxes and shipped directly to the central VGP (Volkswagen Group Parts) warehouses.
