Premium & Collectobles Trading Co. Ltd. (PCT) was created in 2000 in MACAU S.A.R (P.R.China), with the aim to produce and distribute die-cast Model Cars for Collectors. His founder, Mr. Bernard Peres, has been working on his activity since 1976, in France and Portugal, before establishing in China in 1996. His two sons, Jean-Francois PERES and Eric PERES, are today assisting him in the management of the company. PCT shares are entirely held by the family.
Triple 9 (often stylized as Triple9 or T9) is a highly popular, budget-friendly model car brand operated under the manufacturing umbrella of Sun Rich Asian (SRA)—the exact same major corporate parent behind legendary collector labels like Kyosho, First:43, and J-Collection [First:43 Models].
Triple 9 has built a massive reputation among hobbyists as a versatile, accessible brand that produces highly accurate 1:43 and 1:18 scale die-cast replicas, alongside a world-famous catalog of premium model car display accessories. While boutique resin brands focus entirely on rare multi-million dollar hypercars, Triple 9 focuses heavily on the nostalgic, everyday road cars and commercial vehicles of European and Asian history.
The PCT Group also manufacture the IXO Models, Premium-X Models, IST Models and J-Collection models. In 2011 the Greenlight series was introduced by Triple9. It may or may not still be associated with them. Kyosho made a 1/64 NSX with this brand on the box as well.
True to its SRA parent heritage, Triple 9 models heavily prioritize traditional zinc alloy die-cast metal bodies. This grants the models a satisfying, heavy weight in the hand.
Beyond the actual model cars, Triple 9 is arguably even more famous globally for its industry-standard display cases and accessories. If you see a high-end scale model collection, there is a very high chance it is housed inside Triple 9 equipment.
