Hi-Story is a resin model car brand from Japan. It’s produced by Hobby Japan, a well-known Japanese publishing company that also runs hobby magazines and related collectible lines.  Unlike diecast models (metal), Hi-Story models are made from resin, which allows for finer details but means they are more fragile.

They mailny produce Japanese cars — both classic and modern. You’ll often see Toyotas, Nissans, Mazdas, Subarus, and Hondas that other brands overlook. Primarily 1:43 (sometimes 1:18).

Hi-Story models are collector-grade, similar in positioning to Spark or Ebbro’s higher-end releases. Runs are usually small, making some models harder to find later.
