Racing Bulls S.p.A., competing as Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team (shortened to Racing Bulls or VCARB), is an Italian Formula One racing team and constructor that has been competing since the 2024 season.

It is one of two Formula One constructors owned by Austrian conglomerate Red Bull GmbH, the other being Red Bull Racing. The team is based in Faenza and has a base in Milton Keynes near its sister team.

Known as Scuderia Toro Rosso from 2006 to 2019 and Scuderia AlphaTauri from 2020 to 2023, the team was rebranded to RB for the 2024 season, and then switched to Racing Bulls in 2025.

The current CEO is Peter Bayer, and the team principal is Alan Permane. At the start of the 2024 season, the team retained incumbent drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda from when it was known as AlphaTauri; Ricciardo was dropped after the 2024 Singapore Grand Prix and was replaced with Red Bull junior and reserve driver Liam Lawson. Lawson was promoted to the main Red Bull team for 2025, with Formula 2 graduate Isack Hadjar taking his place at Racing Bulls. Lawson was subsequently dropped from the Red Bull team after two races and returned to Racing Bulls, with Tsunoda promoted to the senior team. The team scored their first podium as Racing Bulls at the 2025 Dutch Grand Prix.

The RB VCARB 01 (originally known as the AlphaTauri AT05) is a Formula One car constructed by RB for the 2024 Formula One World Championship. It is the first chassis built and designed by the team.

The car was driven by Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda, with Liam Lawson replacing Ricciardo, who departed the team after the 2024 Singapore Grand Prix, for the final six races of the season. Ayumu Iwasa held reserve driver duties.

The car made its competitive debut at the 2024 Bahrain Grand Prix. The car achieved one fastest lap from Ricciardo in Singapore.

The team was previously named AlphaTauri and Toro Rosso due to their affiliations with Red Bull Racing as a feeder outfit since 2006. AlphaTauri competed from 2020 to 2023 in Formula One before announcing a rebranding in December 2023 alongside a new deal with Red Bull. The new team aimed to improve their competitiveness in the grid, with major sponsors Visa Inc. and Cash App to provide stability in finance and marketing, and a closer technical partnership to Red Bull.

The VCARB 01, the first Formula One car constructed by RB, was unveiled in a launch event at Las Vegas in February 2024. The car used Honda, as a named engine supplier to Red Bull Racing and RB, the latter since 2023, with both teams' engines badged as Honda RBPT.

Racing Bulls finished 8th place in the constructors' championship with 46 points. Their strongest weekend was the Miami Grand Prix, where Ricciardo finished 4th in the Sprint and Tsunoda finished 7th in the main race.

The Racing Bulls VCARB 02 is a Formula One car constructed by Racing Bulls that competed in the 2025 Formula One World Championship.

The car was driven by Yuki Tsunoda and Isack Hadjar, with Liam Lawson (who drove 11 races for the team in 2023 and 2024) later returning to replace Tsunoda from the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix after being demoted from the main Red Bull outfit after the first two rounds of the 2025 season (the Australian Grand Prix and the Chinese Grand Prix).

The VCARB 02, which is powered by the Honda RBPTH003 power unit, is the last Racing Bulls car to be powered by Honda RBPT-badged engines; from the 2026 season, Racing Bulls and its sister team Red Bull Racing will utilise Red Bull Powertrains engines.

Technically, the VCARB 02 was slightly improved compared to its predecessor with a new body design, sidepods, ground effect and a boxy airbox shape design. Other parts are visually not interchangeable.

Compared to the previous season, the livery was drastically changed into a solid white paint with a smaller blue charging bull patterns on the rear of the car. The livery was positively received as it was voted by fans as "a fan favourite livery" and mimicking the 2021 White Bull livery used on the Red Bull RB16B at the 2021 Turkish Grand Prix.

Isack Hadjar finished third at the Dutch Grand Prix, scoring his first podium in Formula One. This was the team's first overall podium finish since the 2021 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, when they were known as Scuderia AlphaTauri.
