350gt  1964-1966

The Lamborghini 350 GT is a grand tourer manufactured by Lamborghini between 1964 and 1966. It was the first production vehicle produced by Lamborghini. The 350 GT was based on the earlier Lamborghini 350 GTV and was equipped with a 3.5 liter V12 engine and a 2-door coupé body by Carrozzeria Touring. The 350 GT debuted at the March 1964 Geneva Motor Show and production began the following May. The success of this model ensured the company's survival, establishing it as a viable competitor with rival manufacturer Ferrari.

Lamborghini produced one hundred-twenty 350 GTs before replacing it with the Lamborghini 400 GT in 1966. Many 350 GTs were subsequently fitted with the larger 4.0 litre engine used in the 400 GT, in order to take advantage of the later engine's greater power and better replacement parts availability.

With its kerb weight of 1,450 kilograms, the 350 GT could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds, and from 0 to 161 km/h in 16.3 seconds, and go on to reach a top speed of 254 km/h.

The Lamborghini 350 GTS was a convertible-roof spider version of the 350 GT, first shown at the November 1965 Turin Auto Show. Two were constructed by Carrozzeria Touring in 1965. When folded down, the convertible top was designed to be concealed in the storage area behind the two seats. Of the two originally built, chassis 0328 was finished in black with an emerald green interior, while chassis 0325 was painted gold with a brown interior.

400gt 1966-1968

Lamborghini 400 GT is the name given to two grand tourers produced by Italian manufacturer Lamborghini.

The first 400 GT, commonly referred to as simply the 400 GT  was essentially the older 350 GT featuring an enlarged, 3,929 cc V12 engine, with a power output of 320 bhp.

The second 400 GT, commonly known as the 400 GT 2+2, had a different roofline, and minor sheetmetal changes compared to the 350 GT and first 400 GT. The larger body shape enabled the +2 seating to be installed in the rear, where the 350 GT only had room for luggage or the rarely selected option of +1 seating. The bodywork revisions were carried out by Carrozzeria Touring, who also built the first examples, but after Touring's 1967 bankruptcy Marazzi took over production.

A total of 23 units of the 400 GT  and 224 units of the 400 GT 2+2 were built from 1966 to 1968, when it was replaced with the Islero.

miura 1966-1973

The Lamborghini Miura is a sports car produced by Italian automaker Lamborghini between 1966 and 1973. The car was the first supercar with a rear mid-engined two-seat layout, although the concept was first seen in a production road car with René Bonnet's Matra Djet, introduced in 1964. This layout has since become the standard for high-performance sports and supercars. When released, it was the fastest production road car.

The Miura was originally conceived by Lamborghini's engineering team, which designed the car in its spare time against the wishes[citation needed] of company founder Ferruccio Lamborghini, who preferred powerful yet sedate grand touring cars over the race car-derived machines produced by local rival Ferrari.

The earliest model of the Miura was known as the P400 (for Posteriore 4 litri). It was powered by a version of the 3.9 L Lamborghini V12 engine used in the 400GT at the time. The engine was mounted transversely and produced 350 PS. Exactly 275 P400s were produced between 1966 and 1969 – a success for Lamborghini despite its then-steep price.

Lamborghini's flagship, the Miura received periodic updates and remained in production until 1973. A year later the Countach entered the company's lineup, amid tumultuous financial times for the company.

islero 1968-1969

The Lamborghini Islero is a grand tourer produced  between 1968 and 1969. It was the replacement for the 400 GT and featured the Lamborghini V12 engine. The car debuted at the 1968 Geneva Auto Show alongside the Lamborghini Espada.

Carrozzeria Marazzi was chosen to construct the Islero's body. This firm was chosen as it was founded by Carlo Marazzi, a former employee of the now-bankrupt Carrozzeria Touring. Touring had previously produced bodies for the 350 GT and 400 GT.

Marazzi-built cars were never built to the same quality as those built at Touring. 125 Isleros were built.

The Islero had a 325 bhp  4.0 L  Lamborghini V12 engine, as was also used in the 400 GT, Miura, Espada and Jarama.

The Lamborghini Espada is a 4-seat grand touring coupé built by Italian car manufacturer Lamborghini between 1968 and 1978. The car was designed by Marcello Gandini at Bertone. Gandini drew inspiration and cues from two of his Bertone show cars from 1967, the Lamborghini Marzal and the Bertone Pirana.

espada 1968-1978

The Espada was a four-seater GT and was initially sold alongside the Islero and the mid-engine Miura. The Espada and the Islero both replaced the 400 GT 2+2 and had similar mechanical underpinnings, with the Espada a more visually daring alternative to the relatively conservative and discrete Islero.

The Spanish name "Espada" means "sword", referring to the sword that the torero uses to kill the bull.

During its ten years in production the car underwent some changes, and three different series were produced. These were the S1 (1968–1970), the S2 (1970–1972) and the S3 (1972–1978). Each model featured interior redesigns, minor mechanical improvements and minor exterior changes. 1217 Espadas were made, making it the most numerous and longest-running Lamborghini model until the expansion of Countach production in the mid-1980s.

The 3.929 cc Lamborghini V12 engine was virtually unchanged from the engine used in the 400 GT 2+2. This engine was based on Giotto Bizzarrini's original design for Lamborghini.

The weight of the engine alone was 232 kilograms, or 293 kilograms including the transmission. Power output of series I cars was stated as 325 hp at 7200 rpm, while Series II/III cars produced a stated 350 hp at 7500 rpm.

In 1999, a new version of the Espada was rumored to be in the works, but it was right at the time Lamborghini wanted to concentrate on a Diablo successor, so little became of the idea aside from a few drawings.

In 2006, Edmunds.com reported that Lamborghini intended to revive the Espada in 2009. Lamborghini presented the 4-seat Estoque concept car at the 2008 Paris Motor Show, however no production model has been forthcoming.

series I

The Espada was launched at the 1968 Geneva Motor Show, alongside the Islero. The Espada was equipped with a 3.929 cc Lamborghini V12 engine derived from that used in the 400 GT 2+2, rated at 325 hp in the series I cars.

The design of the series I dashboard was inspired by the Marzal concept car, and featured octagonal housings for the main instruments, topped by an additional binnacle for the secondary gauges. The alloy wheels were made by Campagnolo on knock-off hubs, of the same design seen on the Miura. The tail lights were the same units mounted on the first series Fiat 124 Sport Coupé. 186 were made before January 1970.

series II

At the 1970 Brussels Motor Show Lamborghini unveiled the Espada S2. Outside the only change was the deletion of the grille covering the vertical glass tail panel. Inside changes were more radical: all-new dashboard, centre console and steering wheel were installed.

The instrument binnacle was of a more conventional rectangular shape, with round gauges. A wood-trimmed fascia extended along the entire width of the dashboard. The center armrest was also revised and ventilation for rear seat passengers was improved.

Power output increased to 350 hp due to a higher 10.7:1 compression ratio. The brakes were upgraded to vented Girling discs instead of solid discs. CV joints were now used on the rear half-shafts.

As on the series I, 205VR15 Pirelli Cinturato CN72 tyres were fitted, suiting the cars handling until power steering was offered as an option. 575 Series II Espadas were made, making it the mass produced variant.

series III

The Espada S3 was launched in 1972. With this revision, the interior now incorporated a redesigned aluminum-trimmed instrument panel that kept all instruments and most controls (including the radio) within easy reach of the driver.

Several exterior changes were also made. Newly designed wheels on five-stud hubs replaced the earlier knock-off wheels. These wheels were also used on some late S2 Espadas. They were fitted with wider Pirelli Cinturato 215/70WR15 CN12 tyres.

The front grille now had a square instead of hexagonal mesh. New tail lights were used, sourced from the Alfa Romeo 1750 Berlina. A sunroof was now available as an option.

The 350 hp engine was carried over from the S2. Power steering by ZF and air conditioning were now standard. Spring and shock absorber tuning was altered slightly. In 1974, a Chrysler Torqueflite 3 speed automatic transmission became available as an option.

From 1975, large impact bumpers had to be installed to meet United States safety requirements. US emissions requirements also led to the factory adding a secondary air injection pump and special tuning of carburetors and the ignition system. Some people consider these later US-spec cars as a separate fourth series, but Lamborghini did not officially change the model designation.

countach lp400 1974-1978

The Lamborghini Countach is a rear mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive sports car produced by the Italian automobile manufacturer Lamborghini from 1974 until 1990. It is one of the many exotic designs developed by Italian design house Bertone, which pioneered and popularized the sharply angled "Italian Wedge" shape.

The style was introduced to the public in 1970 as the Lancia Stratos Zero concept car. The first showing of the Countach prototype was at the 1971 Geneva Motor Show, as the Lamborghini LP500 concept.

The "Countach" nameplate was reused for the Sián-based limited-production hybrid-electric model called the Countach LPI 800-4 in 2021.

The development of the Countach was initiated by Ferruccio Lamborghini with the goal of creating a successor to the Miura. The Miura was widely acclaimed after its introduction in 1966, but by 1970 new competitors including the Ferrari Daytona had been introduced to the market, and the Miura was showing its age.

The name originated from the word contacc, an exclamation of astonishment in the Piedmontese language.

The Countach was designed around the existing Lamborghini V12 engine in a rear mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout. In contrast to the Miura's transversely-mounted engine, the engine in the Countach was longitudinally-mounted. This layout was a first for a road-going V12.

The first production cars used a 3.9-litre engine as durability issues with the new 5-litre engine could not be resolved in time. As equipped to the 1974 Countach LP400, the engine was rated at 375 PS.  Later engine development eventually increased the engine displacement to 4.8 L in the 1982 LP500S, and then to 5.2 L with four valves per cylinder in the 1985 LP5000 Quattrovalvole.

A total of 1.983 cars were built during the Countach's sixteen-year lifetime.

Afet 50 years, in 2021, the name Countach LPI 800-4 was given to a mid-engined hybrid-electric sports car. All 112 units had been sold in less than a week after the model was unveiled. Customer deliveries commenced in early 2022.

25th anniversary edition 1988-1990

Named to honour the company's twenty-fifth anniversary in 1988, the 25th Anniversary Countach, although mechanically very similar to the 5000QV, sported considerable restyling done by Horacio Pagani. Notably, enlargement and extension of the rear 'air-box' intake-ducts was among other refinements undertaken (extending them to a more gradual incline further in-keeping with aerodynamic-streamlining), while the secondary pair of debossed ducts, originally situated further behind them, were brought forward and relocated directly on top, encompassing refashioned fins now running longitudinally rather than transversely, this allowed the airboxes, located behind the radiators to be rotated from a transverse to a longitudinal position, allowing better airflow from the radiators out through the secondary fins.

Additionally, further reconstruction of an already modified engine-bay cover, from a concept consisting of dual-raised sections and tri-ducting, to one that embodies a centre-raised section incorporating dual-ducting become another feature. Various redevelopments to the rear were made; most notably the introduction of a rear bumper extending outwardly from the lower-portion.

These styling changes, particularly features such as the fin strakes within the primary rear-intake-ducts openings, appeared to mimic the Ferrari Testarossa, though providing crucial improved engine cooling. Nonetheless it was only outsold by the QV model. It continued to feature 345/35R15 tyres. The Anniversary edition was produced up until 1990 before being superseded by the Lamborghini Diablo.

The 25th Anniversary Edition was the most refined and possibly the fastest variant of the Lamborghini Countach, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and achieving a top speed of 295 km/h.

While some might say the Anniversario's looks divide opinion, with only 657 produced, it is undeniably a rare and treasured classic.

countach lpi 800-4 2022

The Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 is a mid-engine hybrid-electric sports car produced by the Italian automotive manufacturer Lamborghini. Unveiled on 14 August 2021, the car is named after the original Countach which was first introduced 50 years prior. Based on the hybridized powertrain of the Sián FKP 37, 112 units are planned to be produced, the number referring to the LP 112 model designation used during development of the original Countach.

All 112 units had been sold less than a week after the model was unveiled. Customer deliveries commenced in early 2022.

The Countach LPI 800-4 shares its underpinnings and mechanicals with the Sián FKP 37 which was unveiled in 2019. It utilizes the same carbon-fiber monocoque along with the same mild hybrid powertrain with a slightly decreased combined output of 814 PS powering all four wheels. It is a combination of the longitudinally positioned (LP) naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine which in this case produces 780 PS, along with a 48-volt electric motor producing an additional 34 PS which is located inside the 7-speed automated manual transmission. Energy from the regenerative braking system is stored in a supercapacitor which is lighter than a traditional lithium-ion battery. The dry weight is 1,595 kg, with the percentage split 43-57 front-to-rear.

Lamborghini claimed the car is capable of 0–100 km/h acceleration in 2.8 seconds, 0–200 km/h in 8.6 seconds and a top speed of 355 km/h.

jota 1970

In 1970, Lamborghini development driver Bob Wallace created a test mule that would conform to the FIA's Appendix J racing regulations. The car was appropriately named the Miura Jota (the pronunciation of the letter 'J' in Spanish). Wallace made extensive modifications to the standard Miura chassis and engine. Weight reductions included replacing steel chassis components and body panels with the lightweight aluminium alloy Avional and replacing side windows with plastic, with the resulting car weighing approximately 360 kg less than a production Miura. A front spoiler was added and the headlights were replaced with fixed, faired-in units. Wallace substituted two smaller, sill-mounted fuel tanks for the single larger original unit. The suspension was reworked and widened (9" in the front, 12" in the rear), and lightweight wheels were fitted. The engine was modified to produce 418–440 bhp at 8800 rpm, with an increased compression ratio, altered cams, electronic ignition, dry-sump lubrication and a less restrictive exhaust system. This single example was eventually sold to a private buyer after extensive testing. In April 1971, the car crashed on the yet-unopened ring road around the city of Brescia, and burned to the ground.

It was once widely believed that the Jota had the chassis number of #5084 (a number well out of sequence for the date in question), it has been clarified by Miura expert Joe Sackey in his book The Lamborghini Miura Bible that this is not the case, and that #5084 is in fact a factory modified SV to SVJ spec.

After the Miura Jota had been destroyed, its original owner Walter Ronchi commissioned two former Lamborghini employees to build a P400S-based tribute car. This vehicle is known under the nickname "Millechiodi" and has been specially modified both inside and outside to match the specifications of the original Jota.

Another recreation of the Jota was later undertaken by Chris Lawrence of Wymondham Engineering for Lamborghini owner Piet Pulford from the United Kingdom on chassis #3033. Chassis #4280 is also known to be another Jota recreation based on a Miura S specification, receiving an SV engine stamped #30633 and a Jota conversion in Japan.

jarama 1970-1976

The Lamborghini Jarama is a 2+2 grand tourer manufactured between 1970 and 1976. It was styled by Bertone designer Marcello Gandini.

Ferruccio Lamborghini intended the name to recall the fighting bulls bred in the Jarama river area in Spain and not the Jarama racing circuit near Madrid.

It is powered by the same 3.9 L (3,929 cc) Lamborghini V12 engine used in the Islero and Espada, which was heavily derived from the engine used in the earlier 400 GT. The original Jarama (1970–1973) model was claimed to produce 350 bhp.

urraco 1972-1979

The Lamborghini Urraco is a 2+2 sports car manufactured between 1972-1979, and named after a line of Miura-bred fighting bulls; the name translates to "little bull".

The car is a 2+2 coupé with body designed by Marcello Gandini, at the time working for Carrozzeria Bertone. Rather than being another range topping sports car, like the Lamborghini Miura, the Urraco was intended to be more affordable and an alternative to the contemporary Ferrari Dino and Maserati Merak.

When production ceased in 1979, 791 Urracos had been built.

jalpa 1981-1988

The Lamborghini Jalpa  is an entry level sports car produced by the Italian automotive manufacturer Lamborghini from 1981 to 1988. It debuted at the 1981 Geneva Motor Show alongside the Lamborghini LM001 concept off-road vehicle. The Jalpa was the last Lamborghini to use a V8 engine until the Urus.

The Jalpa was a development of the earlier Silhouette intended to fill a role as a more "affordable" Lamborghini, being much less expensive than the flagship Countach and being also designed by Bertone. Compared to the Countach, the Jalpa was much easier to drive.

lm002 1986-1993

The Lamborghini LM002 aka "Lamborghini truck" is an off-road truck manufactured  between 1986 and 1993. The LM002 was an unusual departure for Lamborghini which, at the time, was primarily known for high-performance, hand-built, super/sports cars. The LM002 was not the first of its kind to be built by Lamborghini. Two prototype vehicles, the Cheetah and the LM001, paved the way for LM002.

Lamborghini had designed the vehicle with hopes of selling it to companies in the oil exploration and production industry. The  LM002 was built with an entirely new chassis and the engine was the V12 out of the Lamborghini Countach.

diablo 1990-2001

The Lamborghini Diablo is a high-performance mid-engine sports car built by Italian automobile manufacturer Lamborghini between 1990 and 2001. It is the first production Lamborghini capable of attaining a top speed in excess of 320 km/h. After the end of its production run in 2001, the Diablo was replaced by the Lamborghini Murciélago. The name Diablo means "devil" in Spanish.

The design of the car was contracted to Marcello Gandini, who had designed its two predecessors. When Chrysler Corporation bought the company in 1987, funding the company to complete the car's development, its management was uncomfortable with Gandini's designs and commissioned its design team in Detroit to execute a third extensive redesign, smoothing out the infamous sharp edges and corners of Gandini's original design, and leaving him famously unimpressed. In fact, Gandini was so disappointed with the "softened" shape that he would later realise his original design in the Cizeta-Moroder V16T.

Its power came from a 5.7 L  dual overhead cam, 4 valves per cylinder version of the existing V12 engine and computer-controlled multi-point fuel injection, producing a maximum output of 492 PS and reached a top speed of 325 km/h.

The Diablo came better equipped than the Countach; standard features included fully adjustable seats and steering wheel, electric windows, an Alpine stereo system, and power steering from 1993 onwards.

The Diablo received a mid-cycle facelift in 1999. Lamborghini simplified the model range by eliminating the "base" Diablo. All models were also fitted with new 18 inch wheels. The Diablo range also received an updated interior.

When Lamborghini was sold to Audi in June 1998, the development work on the successor of the Diablo was overseen by Volkswagen Group president Ferdinand Piëch.  The design work was entrusted to the then Lamborghini chief designer Luc Donckerwolke and thus the Murciélago was developed.

diablo roadster 1994-2001

The Diablo VT Roadster was introduced in December 1995 and featured an electronically operated carbon fibre targa top which was stored above the engine lid when not in use. Besides the roof, the roadster's body was altered from the fixed-top VT model in a number of ways. The front bumper was revised, replacing the quad rectangular driving lamps with two rectangular and two round units. The brake cooling ducts were moved inboard of the driving lamps and changed to a straked design, while the rear ducts featured the vertical painted design seen on the SE30.

The engine lid was changed substantially in order to vent properly when the roof panel was covering it. The roadster also featured revised 17 inch wheels. The air intakes on top/sides were made larger than the Diablo coupé.

For the 1998 Diablo SV, VT, and VT Roadster, the wheels were updated to 18 inches to accommodate bigger brakes, and the engine power raised to 530 hp by adding the variable valve timing system. Top speed was also raised to 335 km/h.

The Lamborghini Murciélago is a sports car produced by Italian automotive manufacturer Lamborghini between 2001 and 2010. Successor to the Diablo and flagship V12 of the automaker's lineup, the Murciélago was introduced as a coupé in 2001. The car was first available in North America for the 2002 model year. The Murciélago was Lamborghini's first new design in eleven years, and was also the brand's first new model under the ownership of German parent company Audi, which is owned by Volkswagen. The car is designed by Peruvian-born Belgian Luc Donckerwolke, Lamborghini's head of design from 1998 to 2005.

lp640 roadster 2006-2010

The concept car of the upcoming open-top variant was presented at the 2003 Detroit Motor Show as the Murciélago Barchetta.

The production version called the Murciélago Roadster was introduced in 2004. Primarily designed to be an open-top car, it employed a manually attached soft roof as a cover from adverse weather, but a warning on the windshield header advised the driver not to exceed 160 km/h with the roof in place. The roof which was made of fabric could be folded and fit into a leather bag supplied with the car in order to store it in the front compartment when not in use.

The designer, Luc Donckerwolke used the B-2 stealth bomber, the Wally 118 WallyPower yacht, and architect Santiago Calatrava's Ciutat de Les Arts i Les Ciències in Valencia, Spain as his inspiration for the roadster's revised rear pillars and engine cover.

The roadster weighs 29 kg more than the coupé due to the loss of the roof and the addition of chassis reinforcing components.

The 6.5 litres engine was rated at 640 PS at 8000 rpm.

The roadster could accelerate from 0–100 km/h in 3.9 seconds which is more than the coupé owing to the increased weight while the top speed remained the same as the coupé.

lp640 2006-2010

The Murciélago is an all-wheel drivemid-engine sports car. With an angular design and a low slung body, the highest point of the roof is just under 1.2 m above the ground.

The first generation of the Murciélago was produced between 2001 and 2006 and was powered by a Lamborghini V12 that traces its roots back to the company's beginnings in the 1960s. The 6.2 L naturally aspirated V12 engine generated a maximum power output of 580 PS, accelerating the car from a stand still to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and on to a top speed of 333 km/h.

In March 2006, Lamborghini unveiled an updated version of the Murciélago at the Geneva Motor Show: the Murciélago LP 640.

The new title incorporated the car's name, along with an alphanumeric designation which indicated the engine's orientation (Longitudinale Posteriore), and the updated power output.

With displacement now increased to 6.5 litres, the engine was rated at 640 PS at 8000 rpm.

The exterior received a noticeable facelift, featuring revised front and rear fascias, and asymmetrical side air intakes, with the left side intake feeding an oil cooler. A new single outlet exhaust system incorporated into the rear diffuser, modified suspension system, revised programming, and upgraded clutch for the 6-speed "e-Gear" automated manual transmission with launch control rounded out the performance modifications. Interior seating was also re-configured in order to provide greater headroom, and a new stereo system formed part of the updated dashboard.

Optional equipment included Carbon fibre-reinforced Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) ceramic composite brakes, chrome paddle shifters and a glass engine cover.

The car's estimated fuel economy for the 6-speed manual variant is 29 L/100 km in the city and 18 L/100 km on the highway, making it the least efficient car in 2008 for city and highway driving.

 lp 670 sv 2009-2010

At the 2009 Geneva Motor Show, Lamborghini unveiled a high performance variant of the Murciélago, the LP 670–4 SuperVeloce. The SV moniker had previously appeared on the Diablo SV, as well as the Miura SV. The SV variants are more track-oriented than the normal production variants and are usually produced in limited numbers.

The SuperVeloce's 6.496 cc V12 engine generates a maximum power output 670 PS at 8000 rpm and 660 N⋅m of torque at 6500 rpm, due to revised valve timing and upgraded intake system. The air intakes were made bigger for better brake cooling and the front spoiler extended much farther for improved downforce.

The engine cover was specially designed for the SV and consisted of three hexagonal plexiglass plates supported by a carbon fibre framework. The car's weight was also reduced by 100 kg through the extensive use of carbon fibre inside and out.

Car and Driver magazine estimated that the LP 670–4 SV is capable of accelerating to 100 km/h from a standing start in just 3.0 seconds and on to 161 km/h in 7.2 seconds. Subsequent testing by Road & Track revealed a 0–100 km/h time of 3.1 seconds.

Lamborghini claimed a top speed of 342 km/h when the car is fitted with an optional smaller spoiler, or 337 km/h with the standard Aeropack spoiler.

The initial plan of selling 350 units was scrapped due to the factory requiring to make room for the Aventador's assembly line which is the Murcielago's successor. In total 261 units are tracked to have been sold.

coupe 2003-2008

The Lamborghini Gallardo is a sports car built  from 2003 to 2013. It is Lamborghini's best-selling model with 14.022 built throughout its production run.  It is named after a famous breed of fighting bulls.  On 25 November 2013, the last Gallardo was rolled off the production line. The Gallardo was replaced by the Huracán in 2014.

After the Volkswagen AG took hold of the company in 1998, the Lamborghini Gallardo was built on the basis of the Calà and had many features absorbed from the concept car such as the exterior design and the traditional V10 engine.

The car name is taken from the 18th century Spanish bullfighting breeder Francisco Gallardo. It means "galant".

The first generation of the Gallardo was powered with an even firing 5.0 L 90 degree V10 engine generating a maximum power output of 500 PS. The Gallardo was offered with two choices of transmission; a conventional (H-pattern) six-speed manual transmission, and a six-speed electro-hydraulically actuated single-clutch automated manual transmission that Lamborghini called "E-gear". Both gearboxes were built by Graziano Trasmissioni.

The convertible variant of the Gallardo, called the Gallardo Spyder, was unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show in January 2006. It was considered by the company to be an entirely new model, with the engine having a power output of 520 PS and a low-ratio six-speed manual transmission. The Spyder has a retractable soft-top.

lp560-4 2008-2013

Presented at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show, the Gallardo LP 560-4 was a significant update of the Gallardo, powered by a new, uneven firing 5.2 L V10 engine that produces 560 PS. The car was redesigned, inspired by the Murciélago LP 640 and Reventón.

The new engine, 40 PS more powerful than in the previous car, comes with two transmission choices: a 6-speed manual or 6-speed E-gear, the latter of which was revised to offer a Corsa mode which makes 40% quicker shifts than before and decreases traction control restrictions, a Thrust Mode launch control system was also added.

Accompanied with a 20 kg weight reduction. All the improvements add up to a claimed performance of 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, 0-200 km/h of 11.8 and a top speed of 325 km/h.

On 25 November 2013, the last Lamborghini Gallardo, an LP 570-4 Spyder Performante with Rosso Mars (red) body colour, was built at the Sant'Agata Bolognese factory, to be received by a private collector in the upcoming weeks. A total of 14.022 units of the Lamborghini Gallardo had been built during its 10-year product cycle.

lp560  2008-2013

The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Spyder was unveiled at the 2008 LA Auto Show. as the replacement for the previous Gallardo Spyder. It is the convertible model of the Gallardo LP 560-4 and as such possess all of its features like the new uneven firing 5.2 L  V10 engine.

On 25 November 2013, the last Lamborghini Gallardo, an LP 570-4 Spyder Performante with Rosso Mars (red) body colour, was built at the Sant'Agata Bolognese factory, to be received by a private collector in the upcoming weeks. A total of 14.022 units of the Lamborghini Gallardo had been built during its 10-year product cycle.

lp570-4 superleggera 2010-2013

The Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera is the successor to the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera and is basically a lighter version of the Gallardo LP560-4.

The Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera is 70 kg lighter than the LP560-4 and has 10 hp more power.

The 5.2 L V10 on the LP 570-4 gets a power bump over the standard Gallardo to 570 PS at 8000 rpm and 540 N⋅m at 6500 rpm of torque. Performance has been improved to 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, and a 329 km/h top speed.

The reduced weight was mainly achieved by the frequent use of carbon fibre; For example, the rear wing, the diffuser, the mirror housings, the engine cover, the front spoiler and so on are made entirely of carbon.

The interior was also treated with the material: the centre cosole, the door handles and part of the steering wheel were modified, among other things. The leather was replaced by its lighter equivalent, Alcantara. The windows did not remain unchanged either: the small side and rear windows are made of polycarbonate. The extra power was obtained by making some adjustments to the engine management. The main competition of this car consists of the Ferrari 458 Italia and the Porsche 911 Turbo.

reventon  2007-2009

The Lamborghini Reventón  is a mid-engine sports car that debuted in 2007.  Its top speed is 340 km/h. The official press release stated that only 20 vehicles would be sold to the public, with one additional car (marked as 00/20) produced for the Lamborghini museum.

While the exterior is new, almost all the mechanical elements, including the engine, are sourced directly from the Murciélago LP640.

The car is named after a fighting bull, in line with Lamborghini tradition. The bull, raised by Don Heriberto Rodriguez, was best known for killing famed Mexican bullfighter Felix Guzman in 1943. Reventón means "small explosion" or "burst" in Spanish.

The engine is the same unit used in the Murciélago LP 640, a 6,496 cc  V12, now upgraded to 650 PS at 8000 rpm and 660 N⋅m of torque at 6,000 rpm. The car accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and can attain a maximum speed of over 340 km/h.

Of the original 20 coupes, 10 were delivered to the United States, seven to Europe, one to Canada, and two to Asia. One of them is in the possession of the Head of Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov.

estoque

estoque 2008

The Lamborghini Estoque is a one-off concept car built by Italian automobile manufacturer Lamborghini. Unlike Lamborghini models as of 2008, which were mid-engine, two-seater sports cars, the Estoque is a four-door sedan.

The Estoque is the first front-engine vehicle to be introduced by Lamborghini since the LM002 utility vehicle. It was described as a "concept for a $230,000 four-door sedan".

It had a 5.2 litre V10 engine shared with the Gallardo, although there had been speculation that this would be replaced by a V12, V8, or possibly even a hybrid or a turbo-diesel engine, as suggested by the then Lamborghini Brand Director, Manfred Fitzgerald.

As with majority of the Lamborghini models, the Estoque derives its name from the sport and tradition of bullfighting: An estoque is a type of sword traditionally used by matadors.

It was reported on 22 March 2009 that production plans for the Lamborghini Estoque were cancelled. Lamborghini executives responded to this by stating that the Estoque had not reached the production planning stage and that the decision whether to produce the Estoque or not has been delayed due to sales and marketing considerations.

sesto elemento  2010-2012

The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento ("sixth element") is a high-performance limited edition track car. The name is a reference to the atomic number of carbon, referring to the carbon fibre used. The Sesto Elemento is equipped with Lamborghini's 6-speed "e-gear" automated manual transmission and an all-wheel-drive system, mated to a 5.2 litre V10 engine borrowed from the Gallardo Superleggera, generating 570 PS. The chassis, body, drive shaft and suspension components are made of carbon fibre, reducing the overall weight to 999 kg. Lamborghini claims a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 2.5 seconds, 0–200 km/h time of 8.0 seconds, and a top speed in excess of 356 km/h.

aventador  2011-2022

The Lamborghini Aventador is a mid-engine sportscar produced by the Italian automotive manufacturer Lamborghini. In keeping with Lamborghini tradition, the Aventador is named after a Spanish fighting bull that fought in ZaragozaAragón, in 1993. The Aventador is the successor for the Murciélago and was made by hand in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy.

The Aventador LP 700–4 used Lamborghini's 700 PS  6.5 L 60° V12 engine weighing 235 kg. Known internally as the L539, the new engine is Lamborghini's fifth in-house engine and second V12 design. It is the first all-new V12 since the 3.5 litre powerplant found in the 350GT.

The transmission, a seven-speed single-clutch automated manual, is built by Graziano Trasmissioni. Despite being single-clutch, gear-shifts are accomplished in 50 milliseconds.

The new, electronically controlled, all-wheel drive system is developed and supplied by the Swedish company Haldex Traction, offering traction and handling capabilities based on their 4th generation technology.

The Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 was replaced by the facelifted Aventador S in 2016.

The last variant of the Aventador was announced at the premiere on Lamborghini's social channels in July 2021. It is limited to 600 units (350 for the Coupé, 250 for the Roadster). It has all the standard features of the Aventador S and SVJ. It produces a maximum output of 780 PS. The top speed is claimed to be 356 km/h. The Coupé has a claimed kerb weight of 1550 kg.

In February 2022, after production had ended, 15 Ultimaes were destroyed when a car carrier cargo ship, the Felicity Ace, caught fire and sank approximately 320 km from Terceira Island in the Azores. Lamborghini was forced to restart production to replace those lost 15 vehicles. The very last Ultimae, and thus the very last Aventador, to be produced was customized as an homage to a one-of-a-kind Lamborghini Miura P400 (not to be confused with the 2016 homages to the Miura), painted in a unique Azzuro Flake color.

veneno  2013-2014

The Lamborghini Veneno  is a limited production high performance sports car manufactured by Lamborghini. Based on the Lamborghini Aventador, the Veneno was developed to celebrate Lamborghini's 50th anniversary. It was introduced at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. When introduced, it had a price of US$4,000,000, making it one of the most expensive production cars in the world.

The prototype, Car Zero, is finished in Grigio Telesto (medium grey) and includes an Italian flag vinyl on both sides of the car.

The engine is a development of the Aventador's 6.5-litre V12 and generates a power output of 750 PS.

It has a top speed of 356 km/h and has a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 2.9 seconds. The car has a braking distance of 30 m from 100–0 km/h, and can produce 1.41 G while cornering.

The Veneno is Lamborghini's interpretation of a racing prototype built for the road. The front of the car is designed for maximum airflow and improved downforce. The redesigned front and rear arches direct air around the car in order to reduce excessive lift and aid in generating downforce.

The Veneno retains the carbon-fibre monocoque chassis with aluminium front and rear subframe from the Aventador along with the pushrod suspension system. The interior is based largely on the Aventador's interior, but now incorporates the "carbon skin" element introduced on the Aventador J.

Lamborghini built just five examples of the Veneno Coupé and only nine units of the roadster.

veneno roadster 2014

The roadster variant of the Lamborghini Veneno was unveiled on the Italian naval aircraft carrier Cavour docked in Abu Dhabi's Mina Zayed port in 2014, followed by the 2014 Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show. Performance of the roadster remains identical to that of the coupé with the roadster being 50 kg heavier than the coupé counterpart due to chassis reinforcing components.

The roadster went on sale for €3.300.000 (excluding tax).

Lamborghini built just four examples of the Veneno Coupé: one retained for the factory museum, and three cars for customers which were all painted in Grigio Metalluro with either a red, green, or white accent color. In addition to the coupé, nine units of the roadster were produced which could be completely customized to the customers desire.

huracan  2014-2019

The Lamborghini Huracán is a sports car manufactured by Italian automotive manufacturer Lamborghini replacing the previous V10 offering, the Gallardo. The Huracán was revealed online in December 2013, making its worldwide debut at the 2014 Geneva Auto Show, and was released in the market in the second quarter of 2014. The LP 610-4 designation comes from the car having a 610 metric horsepower and four-wheel drive, while LP stands for "Longitudinale Posteriore", which refers to the longitudinal mid-rear engine position.

The Huracán's name (huracán being the Spanish word for hurricane) is inspired by a Spanish fighting bull. Names from historical Spanish fighting bulls has been the traditional naming scheme of most Lamborghini car models. Huracán was a bull known for its courage that fought in 1879.

The Huracán maintains the 5.2-litre naturally aspirated Audi/Lamborghini V10 engine with an additional 0.2 litres, compared to the Gallardo, tuned to generate a maximum power output of 610 PS. To ensure its balance and performance, the car is mid-engined. The engine has both direct fuel injection and multi-point fuel injection. It combines the benefits of both of these systems; it is the first time this combination is used in a V10 engine.

With a curb weight of 1,553 kg, the Huracán LP 610-4 has a power-to-weight ratio of 2.55 kg per horsepower.

A track oriented variant of the Huracán, called the Performante, was unveiled in 2017. The Performante's 5.2-litre V10 has been tuned to have a power output of 640 PS. The weight has also decreased by 40 kg.

The Huracán received a mid-cycle update in 2019, now being called the Huracán Evo. It now shares its engine and some of the technology with the Performante variant.

The Huracán's chassis is assembled by Lamborghini's parent company Audi in Neckarsulm, Germany. It is transported to the Lamborghini headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, where the final assembly occurs.

Within the first month of the Huracán LP 610-4 preview period, 700 orders of the vehicle were obtained. Before the official launch, Lamborghini registered more than 1,000 orders of the Huracán LP 610–4.

urus  2018-present

The Lamborghini Urus is a mid-size luxury crossover SUV manufactured by Italian automobile manufacturer Lamborghini. It was unveiled on 4 December 2017 and was put on the market for the 2018 model year. The name comes from the urus, the ancestor of modern domestic cattle, also known as the aurochs. After four years, Lamborghini hit a major milestone, producing 20,000 of these SUVs, making the Urus the company's best-selling model in the shortest time.

The Lamborghini Urus does not use Lamborghini's hallmark of naturally aspirated V10 (as used in the concept) or V12 engines. Instead, the Urus is powered by a 650 PS 4.0 L twin-turbocharged V8, a modified version of Audi's 4.0 L V8. This engine has application in other VW Group cars, including both the Porsche Cayenne and Panamera, as well as some of the Audi S and RS models, the A8, the Bentley Continental V8 and the Flying Spur V8. The engine has been heavily reworked for the Urus, and is uprated by 100 PS and 80 N⋅m of torque more than the Cayenne Turbo, with changes such as new cylinder heads. The engine is assembled at a Volkswagen plant in Hungary and is shipped to Lamborghini's assembly plant. Urus accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 306 km/h.

The Lamborghini Urus is much lighter than most of its competitors (i.e. the BMW X6 M, Bentley Bentayga and Rolls-Royce Cullinan, but not the Porsche Cayenne) at less than 2,200 kg as quoted by the manufacturer mainly because of the extensive usage of carbon fibre reinforced polymer, although it is based on the same platform as the Audi Q7, Bentley Bentayga, Porsche Cayenne, and Volkswagen Touareg.

Lamborghini has developed the world's largest set of carbon ceramic disc brakes for the Urus, with 440 mm discs in the front and 370 mm discs in the rear using ten-piston callipers at the front and single-piston calipers at the rear.

The Urus, like all of Lamborghini's current offerings, features a selection of driving modes, which adapt the suspension to improve the car's performance in various driving conditions. The Lamborghini Urus features Strada (street), Sport, Corsa (track), Terra (dirt), Sabbia (sand), and Neve (snow) driving modes, with the latter three possibly only available on the off-road package offered. The Urus has a seating capacity of four to five people.

Lamborghini had to expand their factory in Sant'Agata Bolognese to meet the higher demand. In July 2020, the company announced the 10,000th unit of the Urus.

v12 vision gran turismo launch version  2019

The Vision Gran Turismo program (commonly abbreviated Vision GT or VGT) is a series of fictional concept cars for the Gran Turismo video game series, developed by a cross-section of the world's top automobile manufacturers. These vehicles appeared originally in the video games Gran Turismo 6, and later in Gran Turismo Sport,

In 2019  Lamborghini revealed the "Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo"—a single-seat performance car, loosely resembling a sports prototype, powered by the same V12 hybrid powertrain as the Sián FKP 37.

Despite being unveiled when updates for Sport were still active (with the last Sport update as of November 2021 being 1.66 in July 2021, which added the second-generation Toyota GR86), the car was only first seen in action in the Gran Turismo 7 release date trailer.

sian fkp37   2020-present

The Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 is a mid-engine hybrid sports car and is the first hybrid production vehicle produced by the brand. The name Sián comes from a Bolognese word which means a flash of lightning.

Based on the Lamborghini Aventador, the Sián FKP 37 shares its engine with the SVJ variant of the Aventador, but an electric motor integrated into the gearbox adds another 25 kW to the power output. The total power output is 819 PS, making the Sián the most powerful production Lamborghini.

Production of the Sián FKP 37 will be limited to 63 units of the coupe and 19 units of the roadster and all have already been sold. Lamborghini's Ad Personam division will be responsible for the manufacture of the Sián.

huracán sterrato 2023-present

In June 2019, Lamborghini introduced an off-road concept sports car based on the Huracán Evo called the Huracán Sterrato.

The ground clearance of the car was increased by 47 mm with the car's front approach improved by 1% and the departure angle enhanced by 6.5%. The wheel track is also increased by 30 mm and the Sterrato has new wide body fender flares with integrated air-intakes for improved airflow for the brakes. The car is fitted with 20-inch wheels with special tyres for increased grip during off-roading. The car also comes with a reinforced frame and integrated skidpads for protection against debris. Fog lights fitted at the front and a roof rack complete the aggressive exterior appearance.

The engine is shared with the Huracán Evo and generates 640 PS at 8000 rpm and 601 N⋅m of torque at 6500 rpm. The exhaust system is more refined and has titanium intake valves. This allows the car to achieve a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 2.9 seconds, 0–200 km/h acceleration time of 9 seconds and a top speed of 325 km/h.

The LDVI (Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata) system is modified and now comes with predictive logic, conceived as a sophisticated central processing unit that controls every aspect of the car's behavior, perfectly integrating dynamic systems to anticipate driver actions and needs, translating them into a perfect driving dynamics.

The production Huracán Sterrato was unveiled at Art Basel in Miami on November 30, 2022. It is an all-terrain variant of the Hurácan. Changes over other variants include a higher ground clearance, revamped suspension with greater travel, widened front and rear track, LED lights mounted to the front bumper, additional protective underbody sills, and Bridgestone all-terrain tires. In addition, it features a unique Rally mode, which optimizes the suspension and all-wheel drive system for driving on gravel, dirt, and sand.

In November 2022, Lamborghini confirmed that the Hurácan Sterrato will be the last non-hybrid model to be launched.

revuelto 2023-present

Just before the 60th anniversary of the marque, Lamborghini unveiled Revuelto, the first HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle) hybrid super sports car.

The Revuelto is a mid-engine plug-in hybrid sports car produced by the Italian automobile manufacturer Lamborghini. It was officially unveiled on March 29, 2023 as a successor to the Aventador.

As of July 2023, the Revuelto has gone into full production, with the first units expected to be delivered in the last quarter of 2023.

The Revuelto has the highest-positioned exhaust tips of any Lamborghini production model, with the rear spoiler being shaped around them. Another feature setting the Revuelto apart from its predecessors is the completely exposed engine bay.

The Revuelto has a monocoque made entirely of carbon fiber, making it 10% lighter than the Aventador's chassis. Torsional rigidity has been improved by 25% and the front frame is 20% lighter.

The mid-mounted 814-hp 6.5-liter V-12 is naturally aspirated and screams up to a 9500-rpm redline. Of the three electric motors integrated into the powertrain, two drive the front wheels, while the third is integrated into the eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and assists the V-12 gas engine on the rear axle. The total output of this powertrain is 1001 horsepower, the most of any Lamborghini ever.
